How to express 加油 in English?
In Chinese, when you want to encourage someone you will say加油(ง •̀_•́)ง
What would native speakers say that in English? Keep trying?

Depends on the context, but in English, I would translate 加油 as:
"Do your best!"
"Keep going!"
"Don't give up!"
I'm sure there are more, but these are quite common, I think. I hope this helps.

Lee’s suggestions are good. Also, “Go for it” would be a good translation in many contexts. Also, “Come on!”
