What does "twirly" mean in this sentence?
Monica, you're scaring me. I mean, you're, like, all chaotic and twirly, you know? Not in a good way.

Haha. This is extremely colloquial/informal. It is just another way of saying crazy/chaotic/unorganised. It has also come to be used in another way by some people because of an american TV show that you may or may not know called New Girl. I don't know what TV shows are available in Brazil. But it was used there to mean sexually aroused/horny.
