Hi Ramin.
We wouldn't generally use "just" in this way. "Have you already finished studying?" or simply "Have you finished studying?" would be more common.

Your sentence would be correct if you mean a scientific study.
"Have you just finished your (3-year long) study (of penguins in the Antarctic)?"
"Yes, I finished it last month and will turn in my findings in about 3 months."
