The grammatically correct answer is "do" because "your friend and you" = "you"
"Does" must be used only when the subject is a single person or a single object.
When speaking, some people may start the sentence with "does your friend" because "does" is close to "your friend" and they forget the rest; but it is not correct

It would be 'Do you and your friend want to watch TV?', because the people doing the action are plural. Similar to 'Do they want to watch TV?' or 'Do your dogs like to run?'
