Anyway, what is its exact meaning: 1. I've finished my work and I'm on my way home? 2. I'm already at home, I've just passed through the door? 3. hola! con esa expresión lo que quieres decir es que justo en ese momento has terminado de hacer algo (en este caso "llegar" del trabajo, se supone que a casa en este caso). Así que la opción correcta entre las que has puesto sería la 2. Saludoss

¡La número 2 es la correcta! "Acabo de + infinitivo" se refiere a una acción que ha ocurrido recientemente y que se ha completado. Unos ejemplos: "He acabado hace nada de nadar, ahora me voy a secar". O "acabo de salir del agua, ahora me voy a secar". "¿Conoces a Mike?" "Acaban de presentármelo": con esto quieres decir: he encontrado por primera vez a Mike hace 5 minutos.

Acabar de (doing something) is used to say that you have finished a short time ago, just a while ago. In this case, you have just arrived from work, this phrase indicates that you have left your job and you are in another place, which can be your home. I would mark the second sentence. Saludos
