Is there a difference in pronunciation between Ç and Q? And between GJ and XH? (Albanian)

Dear Yuli your question is reasonable, because especially in the dialects of Kosovo theу pronounce it almost the same. The situation is clear at Ç which stands for russian Ч e.g. çka would be pronounced чка and XH which stands for ДЖ e.g. xhepi=джепи.
Now unfortunately Q has no equivalent to russian sound but you can imagine a roughly iotacised K. Macedonian Ќ and Czech Ť are quite close but still I think the Albanian Q is more roughly pronounced. Try to pronounce at the same time кйъ/kjë or ть in the word Петька. GJ is almost the same thing with G roughly iotacised. Try гйъ/gjë at the same time or дь in бадья. Although, the best way to realise their difference is to listen native speakers!
