in the mood / feel like Do these phrases have the same meaning: 1. feel like doing smth 2. be in the mood for If the meaning is different please state when it is better to use each of them.

Both generally mean the same....but the second one *can* have a sexual meaning. (to be in the mood = to be interested in having sex) But in general: I feel like having pizza for dinner. I'm in the mood for pizza for dinner. They mean the same thing.
