While closing the drawer, I tangled my index finger
Are these usages correct?

Most of these are fine but I'll add some more natural alternatives:
I jammed my finger and now it hurts very much... I "stubbed" my finger...
While playing basketball, the ball hit into my pinky finger... The ball "hit" my... The ball "smashed" my...The ball "jammed"...
While closing the drawer, I tangled my index finger. "Tangled" sounds awkward. Use the verbs shown above to express what you want to say.

You could say, "I CAUGHT my finger and now it hurts". This would mean a slight injury.
You could also say, "While playing baseball, the ball hit my LITTLE finger".
It would also be more common to say, While closing the drawer, it STUBBED my index finger".
I hope this helps
