"Don't leave me" may be said in different ways.
- 날 떠나지 마(요) / 내게서 떠나지 마(요) (떠나다 = depart, leave)
- 날 버리지 마(요) (버리다 = abandon, throw away)
- 날 두고 가지 [가 버리지] 마(요) (두고 가다 = depart leaving someone behind)
There is also "가지 마(요)" which corresponds to "Don't go".
The base form for "don't (do something)" is -지 말다, which conjugates to -지 마, -지 마요, -지 마십시오, etc.
- 울다(cry) -> 울지 마.
- 먹다(touch) -> 먹지 마요.
- 화내다(get angry) -> 화내지 마십시오.
