what is the difference between ドア and 扉
こんにちは,
is there any difference between ドア and とびら and 門?

I think ドア is an english loan word for "door", and the other maybe is used often as "gate", it sounds formal to me, like the gate to a castle or something. "gate" sounds better with metaphors too I think... I don't really know though in practice.
