How to say "at 7pm" naturally in korean?
My book says "7시까지 거기에 갈게요." Why is it "7시까지"? I thought 일곱부터 or 일곱시에 is more natural.

The meaning will change if you use it ~까지 or ~에
7시까지 거기에 갈게요. I'll be there by seven. (7시전까지 그곳에 도착한다)
7시에 거기에 갈게요. I'll be there at seven. (7시에 출발해서 그곳에 도착한다 I'll leave at 7 to go to there )
