How do you say "I'm on vacation" in French?
When you meet someone in a foreign country and he/she asks why you're there, how do you tell he/she in french that you are there for a trip/ you are on vacation?
Is "Je suis en vacances" grammatical?

to be on vacation = être en vacances
Alors,
I am on vacation. = Je suis en vacances.
