Can I use these interchangeably? I'll give a holler when dinner's ready, I'll give you a call when dinner's ready. I'll call you when dinner's ready.

Yes, except holler can also mean to literally shout out loud, not just to call someone on the phone. Also, where I'm from we say "I'll give YOU a holler"
