'wherein' in which:
The industry will have a situation wherein many companies will be unable to afford to stay in business.
He gazed once more around the room, wherein were assembled his entire family.
'therein' in that place; in him/her/it:
It is a thrilling tale of a haunted house and the ghosts therein.
Therein lies the risk. (Here is the risk)

老哥你好
简单的来说,一般上"wherein" 这个单词的意思跟 "in which" 差不多。然后 “therein” 的一些平常的含义是 “in that regard” 或 “in that place” 或 “in that circumstance”。我举例下-
“This is the house wherein my great grandfather lived”
“A situation wherein you would use this word” 哈哈
“I trusted her, and therein lies my biggest mistake”
有问题的话可以来问我。
