당신 말이오, 날 시끄러운 노인네라 생각하겠소만 It means you. You may think that I am a noisy old man. However... It means you. You may think me as a noisy old man. However... -소만 is contracted form of "-소. 하지만" -소/오 is ending suffix of Hao-che(하오체) which is one of seven speech levels in Korean, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Korean_speech_levels#Hao-che http://dic.daum.net/word/view.do?wordid=kkw000144538&supid=kku000181386&q=%EC%86%8C (이)라 is colloquial form of (이)라고 -(이)라고 is usually not used alone but used with words that are related to speaking, such as 말하다 (to speak), 이야기하다(to talk), 대답하다 (to answer), 생각하다 (to think) and also with 하다, which in this case means “to say”. -(이)라고 말하다 = to say that it is + NOUN -(이)라고 대답하다 = to answer that it is + NOUN -(이)라고 생각하다 = to think that it is + NOUN

1) 당신 말이오, 날 시끄러운 노인네라 생각하겠소만 = You might think I'm a quite noisy old folk usually it is 생각하겠지만 = You might think or doubt 2) Originally it is 노인네라고 = as a old folk, but I guess it's colloquial and became shorter 노인네라
