whats the difference between "happy little bit late birthday" and "happy belate birtday"?
can i use both in any situation?

i would always say happy belated birthday.

You would never say, "Happy little bit late birthday." I mean, it makes sense, but nobody would say that.
"Happy belated birthday," is definitely better.
