´Mann´ puede referirse al hombre, pero también a marido. Por ejemplo, la frase 'Er ist mein Mann.' se refiere a mi marido. 'Ehemann' si se refiere solo a marido. En el lenguaje colloquial es mucho más habitual escuchar la expresión ´Mann´ en vez de ´Ehemann´.
