i think "pangangalay ng kamay" translates to "hand is numb"
My hand is numb.
i have a numbing feeling in my hand.
My hand feels numb.
I cant feel my hand.
(numb is pronounced with a silent B Example "num")
sorry if my translation is wrong. i dont have much to go off. lol.
Sanayin looks like it means any of the folowing "practice" "training" "learning" "skill improvement"
