How do I say 'texture' in Chinese? For example, if I don't like the texture of a type of meat. How would I say 'texture'? Also, if I like the texture of the sand in my photograph, how would I say 'texture' here? Thank you so much guys! Jay

If you are talking about a cuisin/dish for eat, it's gonna be 口感. Otherwise, 質地 or 紋理。
