"Kitchen Closing Time" or "Kitchen Closed Time" ?
Hello everybody. I would like to make a sign in the restaurant (p.s. my restaurant is in Thailand) to inform the customers that we will close the kitchen 30 minutes before the closing time but I am sure which phrases is correct. I would like to lay the artwork like:
เวลาปิดครัว
----------------------------------------------
Kitchen Closing Time
17.30 น. (ก่อนเวลาปิดร้าน 30 นาที)
5.30 hr. (30 min.before restaurant closing time)

Kitchen Closing time is right.

Another option is just:
Kitchen closes: (or ) Kitchen closes at:
Also - 5:30 would be better. "hr" is a bit odd. Or 5:30 p.m. would also be OK.
