What's the native way to say "It sounds not make sense"?

You could try "That doesn't seem to make sense" or "That doesn't sound like it makes sense". A little different, but with the same basic meaning would be "I don't think that makes sense". You could also try, "That doesn't sound right". The last two are especially natural, but all four are correct and would be used by native speakers.
