Is it correct to say: Hope to see you soon in a new role as an English teacher.

I would say "Hope to see you soon in your new role as English teacher" but saying the word hope implies that they have not gotten the job yet and you hope they get it. If they already got the job then it might be better to say "See you soon in your new role as English teacher"

I'd say: I hope to see you in the new role of an English teacher soon.
