Contact me should/if you have...
What is more common phrase to write: "Please do not hesitate to contact me should you have any enquires" or "Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any enquires"?
For me the first variant sounds weired, but I met it in a book.
Thank you in advance:)

Margo, it should be "enquiries" rather than "enquires." In America, we would use "questions." The first sentence emphasizes politeness but is a little old-fashioned. I would also say, "saw it in a book" or "read it in a book" instead of "met."
