Missing
"Missing" is the title of a painting by Elizabeth Thompson. Does it mean "the lost persons", i.e. "the missing in action"?
In 1873 she completed a work entitled Missing which depicted two wounded French officers during the Franco-Prussian War and which was the first of her paintings to be accepted by the Royal Academy.

Do you have a link to the painting, Pineapple? The link you provided references it but does not include a picture of that particular piece.
