It is the title of a song by the group "White Zombie".
The whole title is "El Phantasmo and the Chicken-Run Blast-o-Rama"
The "o-rama" suffix denotes a greater number of something. Car dealers with a lot of trucks for sale might advertise for a "truck-o-rama". What a "chick-run blast-o-rama" would look like - well, my imagination fails me.
I can't actually tell you what the song means - I've just seen the title. My guess is that the title was affected, at least in part, by the group's (probable) use of recreational drugs. I have no proof of this, mind you...
