I have a question with the usage of 'recommend thoroughly' or 'thoroughly recommend'. Which one is correct expression?

It's better to use 'I thoroughly recommend'

I thoroughly recommend because thoroughly is used as adverb. So it comes before the verb. It explains the action of “recommend”.
