"sinusuklay ko ang buhok ko" or you can simply say "nagsusuklay ako"

Technically brushing and combing are different. In Tagalog "I am combing my hair" translates as " "Nagsusuklay ako ng buhok." While "I am brushing my hair" can be "Nagbabras ako ng buhok".
