If you pass something such as a test, an exam, or an interview, it means that you achieved a good result. The opposite of 'pass' is 'fail'.
If you say "You passed the interview" - note my correction to the grammar - this means that you did well at the interview. They accepted you.
If you passed a test, it means that you were successful. For example, if you pass your driving test you'll get a driving licence; if you fail your driving test, you won't get a licence.
