What does Wkwkwkwk mean in indonesian?? Is it laughing?? like hahaha in english?

"Wkwkwk" is an expression that Indonesian use for laughing online such as in chats, forums, etc. I believe this is the abbreviation of "wakaka", the sound of laughing just like "hahaha". This is quite similar with "LOL" or "LMAO". I've seen Mexican use "jajaja", Brazilian use "kkkk", and Thai use "555".
