What are difference between " 你的 老师 是谁" and "谁是你的老师" ?
Please explain to me about the position of 谁 on 2 sentences.

你的 老师 是谁. The emphasis is "who is YOUR teacher?"
谁是你的老师 The emphasis is "WHO is your teacher?"

在意义上,两句话没区别,一样。
在语法上,两句话不一样,区别很大:第一句主语是“你的老师”,“谁”是表语。第二句主语是“谁”,“你的老师”是表语。

They are almost the same, little difference.
Like saying, "Who is your English teacher?" and "Your English teacher is (whom)?".

你的老師是誰=maybe somebody ask you the question in anywhere
誰是你的老師means someone ask the question in front of your teacher.(maybe others looklike sanse.)
