Come si dice "what I love most about Italian are the compliments" in Italiano?
Come si dice "what I love most about Italian are the compliments, they're so expressive and invigorating to use!" in Italiano?
anche, come si dice "she threatens to hit me if I don't roll my r's right" in Italiano?
(Don't worry, she is my friend!)

1-Quello che amo di più dell'italiano sono i complimenti, sono così espressivi e (I try to guess what you want to say with invigorating) incoraggianti/rinfrancanti da utilizzare.
2-Lei minaccia di colpirmi/picchiarmi (picchiarmi can be used with a joking meaning) se non arrotolo correttamente la mia R.
Ciao.

Credo che invigorating si direbbe : " che rinvigoriscono".
