개좋다 meaning?
I keep reading Korean comments on Youtube which have 개 in front of words, like 개좋아 or 개잘생겼어.
What does this mean? Is it slang?

It loosely translates to I f*cking love it. I wouldnt use it around older people or people you don't know that well. Pit 개 in front on anything and it emphazies the verd or adjective but at the same time you are reducing your speech to a very low level.
