Can I say,
"a very good evening and a warm welcome to each of you present here this evening?"

Absolutely. One note though: repeating 'evening' twice in one sentence is a bit awkward. You could say:
'A very good evening and a warm welcome to each of you present here tonight.'
Otherwise it sounds like a great opening to some sort of presentation.
