Why is it correct to say "¿qué quiere?" instead of "¿qué quieres?" I thought because I am talking to someone, that the correct conjugation would be "quieres" instead of "quiere". Thank you for any help!

They're both correct, one is informal (Que quieres) and the other is formal (Que quiere)
