or how do you say 'regaleme una sonrisa' in english.
I mean: give me a smile as a gift

nope........... "Give me a smile" is common - like when asking someone to smile before taking their picture. however, a person could say "give away a smile" though this would not be very common.

It's better to say 'Give me a smile' or 'how about a smile for me?'.
