Ar both sentences OK?
There's everything in here that a man could possibly want. (for hobbies etc)
I'm trying to get adjusted to my new job / to the neighbour.

1 Perfect, though 'need' is a little more respectful to the recipient and his hobbies than 'want'.
2 Good except for use of get+adjusted, try:
I trying to adjust to..
I am trying to get accustomed to..
I am trying to get used to..

Yes, they are both correct. However, the title should be "Are both sentences ok?" (instead of "ar"). Not sure if it was a typo. :)
