Is it correct to say: "In which age group are you?" Grammarly switches between "is" and "are" infinitely, in that question which is again: "In which age group are you?" Also, can you rephrase it in a more natural way? Thank you

Yes, it is correct, but we rarely put the preposition first in everyday English or in spoken language. "Which age group are you in?" is more natural.
