Is there any difference between "I'm worried about you" and "I'm concerned about you"? Thank you.

"Worried" is a little stronger. "Concerned" is a little vaguer, less definite.

"concerned" is often a nicer, 'softer' way to say "I'm worried." It really depends on the context.
