Could you tell me if this sentence' My neighborhood has a big garden and a nice shop“ is right?

Did you perhaps mean to say "My neighbour has a big garden..." or "My neighbours have big gardens..." ?
Or do your neighbours have a collective garden, like Felicity already suggested ?

It's grammatically correct, however I'm not sure that your neighbourhood has a collective garden - either your house has a garden or there is a park in the neighbourhood :-)
