Correct use of 'force' and 'enforce'? He forced his son to be obedient like a dog. He enforced his plan against the resistance of his boss. Thanks for your help.

Yes these are correct. To force somebody or something means using force to make them do something. To enforce something - usually a law or other rule - means making sure that that law or rule is obeyed. Enforcement may or may not require the use of force - it depends on the rule, and on how obedient the people are. I wouldn't typically say that I had enforced a plan - a plan isn't a law or rule - I would say I have carried it out: your sentence would read better with this.
