Which one is correct?
1. Whose book is it, do you know?
2. Whose book it is, do you know?

#1 is more natural-sounding. This is only if you put "do you know" after "whose book is it".
However, if you changed the location of the phrases, #2 would be more natural-sounding, like so: "Do you know whose book it is?" (or "whose book this is?")
