You may say all of these below.
빠른 쾌유를 빕니다.
조속한 쾌유를 기원합니다.
하루빨리 쾌차하시길 바랍니다.
이른 시일내에 회복되시기를 빌겠습니다.
병환이 속히 나으시길 기도합니다.
어서 건강을 되찾으시기를 희망합니다.
However, using "~하세요" such as "쾌유하세요, 쾌차하세요" to senior people would probably be inadequate since they give some images of ordering around.

I think it would be 얼른 나으세요 or 낫으세요. I'm a little unsure whether the ㅅ in 낫다 gets dropped here.
