What is the meaning difference if the sentence changes to " If you have any queries, please feel free to contact me."

There is no difference in meaning between the two. Both ways are perfectly fine.
Just for your feedback, "What is the meaning difference if the sentence changes to" is not so grammatically correct. More correct way is , "Is there any difference in meaning if the sentence changes to... ".
