I'm not hungry means ''ben aç değilim.'' ''ben tokum''means I'm full Nasıl gidiyor? is the correct one. ''İyilik sağlık'' is the correct one ''Mehmet'in cep telefonu nerede?'' ''Mehmet'in numarası ne?

1-Actually if you translate directly it would be like 'Ben aç değilim' but we rarely use that, your usage as 'ben tokum' is correct. 5- not gidiyour, gidiyor and also in the answer you could use iyi instead of sağlık. By the way, sağlık is correct as well but it is not the favorite usage. The others are correct, congrulations.

A little detail about the second. We dont say 'ben doydum' when we are asked if we are hungry or not (In Turkish: Aç mısın). If you are having a dinner and you want to say thats enough, you can use 'ben doydum' or if youre offered more food to eat DURING the dinner. Good luck :)
