What's the difference between normal ketchup and fancy ketchup?

Perhaps, some ketchup manufacturer use the word "fancy" as merely a marketing ploy to try to convince the consumer that one brand of seasoned tomato glop is better than another.
'fancy' ketchup for sure has more seasoning and ingredients as compared to 'normal' or 'regular' ketchup. I think 'fancy' ketchup are mostly served by well-known food chain and upscale restaurants.
