Puoi dirle "grazie per seguirmi su Istagram" or "grazie per essere una mia follower= seguitrice"

(la versione corretta di quello che hai provato a dire tu è "Grazie per aver seguito anche me", ma generalmente non traduciamo il termine "follow")
