There are many ways to say that, but here a couple:
* Something just occurred to me!
* I just thought of something!
By the way, the usage of "just" means that the thought occurred to you right now (or in the recent past). If it was something that you thought of a while ago (minutes, hours, days), simply drop the word "just".
