Just in case, any one know how should I count different lexemes?
Here are the choices:

I know it's more like a lingustics question, but I would appreciate if any one help me

Unless it's a trick question, I'd say three.
Man and men are two forms of the same lexeme, as are girl and girls. Mouse (and mice) are two forms of a third lexeme.

Three lexemes (man, man inflected for plural, girl, girl inflected for plural, mouse)
girl = root morpheme (= lexical unit)
girls = root morpheme + inflectional morpheme for plural -s
