"If you found it, please let me know."
Is it always verb 2 in this context? Can I use "find" too? Is "found" here an unreal conditional in the present or past tense (already found)? But can I use "find" too as conditional type 1?

Actually you would say " if you find it, let me know" not found as its future/ present tense. Found is always past tense eg " if it's been found, let me know"
