What's the meaning of "He is not pinning for you"?

You might need to provide some context. (My first thought is that it's a misspelling and should actually say "He's not pining for you." To "pine for" something/someone is to want it very badly or think about it constantly. It means essentially the same thing as "longing for" something.)
